By using our website or engaging our services you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree with them, please do not submit personal information through this website.

2.1 Information you give us

• Trip details — departure and destination airports, dates and times, passenger numbers, baggage and aircraft preferences.
• Passenger information — names, dates of birth, nationality, passport and visa details where required for a specific flight or by border authorities.
• Special requirements — catering and dietary needs, accessibility requirements, and, for air ambulance transfers, the medical information necessary to plan the flight safely.
• Correspondence — the content of emails, enquiry forms and call notes.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system.
• Pages viewed, time spent, referring URL and general navigation behaviour.
• Cookie identifiers, as described in section 10.

2.3 Information from third parties

We may receive information about you from a colleague or travel manager arranging a flight on your behalf, from aircraft operators handling your charter, from insurers or assistance companies in the case of medical transfers, and from publicly available business sources.

3. How We Use It

We use personal information to:

• Prepare quotations and respond to enquiries.
• Arrange, operate and administer charter flights, including passing the required details to aircraft operators, crew, ground handlers and catering providers.
• Comply with aviation, immigration, customs and security requirements, including advance passenger information where mandated.

4. Why We Are Allowed To

We process personal information where:

• we have a legal or regulatory obligation, particularly under aviation, immigration and taxation law;
• it is necessary for our legitimate interests in operating and improving the business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights;
• you have given consent, which you may withdraw at any time; or
• it is necessary to protect someone's vital interests — most obviously in a medical evacuation.

5. Who We Share It With

We share personal information only where there is a reason to. Recipients may include:

• Aircraft operators and crew — the operating airline or operator conducting your flight.
• Airports, ground handlers and catering suppliers at the airports on your itinerary.
• Government authorities — immigration, customs, security and aviation regulators, where disclosure is legally required.
• Medical providers — hospitals, ambulance services and medical crew involved in an air ambulance transfer.
• Professional advisers — lawyers, auditors, insurers and bankers.
• Service providers — IT, hosting, communications and payment processing partners acting on our instructions.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

6. International Transfers

Charter aviation is inherently cross-border. Where your itinerary involves other countries, your information will be transferred to operators, handlers and authorities in those countries, whose data protection laws may differ from those in India. We share only what is necessary for the flight and, where we appoint a processor, we put appropriate contractual protections in place.

7. How Long We Keep It

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and thereafter for the period required by aviation record-keeping, tax, accounting and limitation rules. Enquiries that do not result in a booking are held for a shorter period and then deleted or anonymised.

8. Security

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards intended to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access or disclosure. Access is restricted to staff and partners who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we will notify you and the relevant authority where the law requires us to report an incident.

9. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to:

• confirm what personal information we hold about you and provide a copy;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• erase information where there is no longer a lawful reason for us to keep it;
• restrict or object to certain processing;
• withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
• nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity.

You can opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not stop operational messages about a flight you have booked.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working and cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies help us understand which pages are useful. Where we use non-essential cookies, we ask for your consent first.
