Charter pricing is built from the aircraft's hourly rate, the flight time on your route, any positioning legs needed to bring the aircraft to your departure airport, plus landing fees, ground handling, crew costs and applicable taxes. You receive a single all-in figure before confirming — not a base rate with surcharges added later.
For domestic private charters, 20 to 30 minutes before departure is normally sufficient. International departures need longer for immigration and customs formalities. Your account manager confirms the exact reporting time with your itinerary.
