Cargo Charter Services

INTERNATIONAL CARGO CHARTER.
GLOBAL FREIGHT SOLUTIONS.

Customised freight solutions for cargo that will not wait — heavy machinery, oversized items, aerospace and automotive parts, medical supplies, perishables, humanitarian aid and regulated goods.

Overview

WHEN THE SHIPMENT
DECIDES THE SCHEDULE.

Scheduled freight capacity works until the consignment is too large, too urgent, too fragile or too tightly regulated for a belly hold. A cargo charter puts an entire aircraft at the disposal of one shipment, flying the route your supply chain needs rather than the one an airline happens to publish.

ExcelJet arranges airport-to-airport movements worldwide, drawing on outsized and heavy-lift freighters as well as standard cargo types. Permits, customs documentation and international regulatory compliance are managed alongside the flight itself.

Cargo Types Handled

FROM EARTHMOVERS TO
TEMPERATURE-CRITICAL VIALS

We move consignments that most freight networks decline: outsized industrial equipment, regulated goods, live animals and shipments where a delay of hours carries real consequence. Each category brings its own packaging, documentation and handling requirements, and those are settled before the aircraft is confirmed rather than discovered at the ramp.

Questions

CARGO CHARTER FAQs

Origin and destination airports, total weight, the dimensions of the largest single piece, the nature of the goods, and the delivery deadline. Dimensions matter as much as weight — they determine whether the consignment fits through the cargo door and which aircraft can take it.

Many classes of regulated cargo can be carried under the applicable international regulations, with correct classification, packaging, documentation and an operator approved for that class. Declare the full nature of the goods at enquiry stage — undeclared dangerous goods are the fastest way to have a shipment refused at the ramp.

We manage permits, customs documentation and international regulatory compliance as part of the charter. Duties, taxes and any import licensing remain the shipper's responsibility, but our operations team coordinates directly with brokers and handling agents at both ends.

For time-critical shipments we can often have an aircraft positioned within 24 to 48 hours, depending on aircraft availability, overflight permits and the airports involved. Outsized types such as the AN-124 are in limited supply worldwide and generally need more notice.
